Finfest 2015 – Important information

Glamping

We are pleased to announce that thanks to a very generous and kind offer from Glampit.com based in Yorkshire to waiver transport and mattress costs we are now able to offer bell tents for up to 4 people at Finfest 2015 for £120 including mattresses (£100.00 refundable security deposit required).

Tents would be pitched on Friday 11th September so anyone wishing to join us for a few drinks and bit of music on the night before the main event is welcome.

5 are already booked so if anyone would like to take up this offer please e-mail dave.vanham@polypipe.com asap

Silent Disco

The silent disco will only commence once the headline act has finished. However, as several headphones have gone missing in previous years we have decided to introduce a £5 fee payable when they are issued and this will be refunded provided they are returned in good condition

Prize Draw –

The winners of the prize draw for people who purchased tickets before midnight on 3rd August will be announced on Sunday morning 6th September, good luck to all those involved.

General Information

There will be a designated car parking area for people who are not camping. People who are camping can park their vehicle within the camping area but for safety reasons unless there is an emergency it must not be moved until daylight on Sunday morning.

The event is held in a field alongside a working farm so no dogs are permitted on site and we would appreciate your help in keeping the site free from litter, particularly glass bottles. Bin bags and a skip will be provided for disposal of waste. Please wear sensible footwear and warm clothing for when the sun disappears, and bring a torch.

Toilets facilities will be provided on site including one for disabled use.

Two mobile caterers will be on site and should cover most dietary requirements including gluten free & vegetarian

There will be an awesome cash bar, providing an eclectic mix of drinks, spirit & cocktails and whilst people are welcome to bring there own alcohol to site we would prefer that to be kept in the camping area as the bar helps support our contribution to the charity.

Finally

Finfest is now in its third year so please keep pushing those ticket sales and promoting the event as this will enable us to continue to support this fantastic charity. We are there to celebrate Fin’s life in the style the great man would approve of so in the words of Bill & Ted ‘be excellent to each other, and party on dudes !’
